How much karak for an office of 10, 50 or 100 in Dubai
As our planning rule of thumb, allow 2 cups of karak per person across a working day and 1 cup per person for a single meeting or event. A 1L flask pours about 6 cups (AED 40, saffron AED 44) and a tray holds 10 cups (from AED 250), so an office of 10 needs about 4 flasks, 50 about 17 and 100 about 34. For a big crowd over a few hours, ask for the live station too (from AED 900). All prices exclude 5% VAT.

These are our planning assumptions, not a promise about your team. For a normal working day we plan 2 cups of karak per person, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. For a single meeting, workshop or event we plan 1 cup per person.
Then round up to the next whole flask or tray, because running short is worse than a spare cup. If your floor drinks more or less tea than that, tell us and we size the quote to it.

The formula is short: cups = people × cups per person, then flasks = cups ÷ 6 or trays = cups ÷ 10, both rounded up. A flask keeps karak hot through the day; a tray is ten cups poured and ready for the meeting. You can also run your own numbers in the 30-second estimate.

At 2 cups each across a working day. Totals are before delivery and 5% VAT.

For a single meeting or event (1 cup each): 10 people is 10 cups, so 2 flasks (AED 80) or 1 tray (from AED 250). 50 people is 50 cups, so 9 flasks (AED 360) or 5 trays (from AED 1,250). 100 people is 100 cups, so 17 flasks (AED 680) or 10 trays (from AED 2,500).
On published prices a flask is the lower cost per cup and a tray the more ready-to-serve format, so many offices mix them. Tray totals are “from” prices and samosa pav is extra, so budget on your written quote.
When the live station beats trays
A station is quoted, not multiplied.
For 10 people, a station is more than you need: use flasks. Somewhere around 50 guests, and clearly by 100 guests drifting in and out over two or three hours, it is worth asking for both quotes. Ten trays for 100 cups start from AED 2,500, while a live karak and gahwa station starts from AED 900 and is priced to your guest count and hours.
