The menu is real, it is priced, and it is pouring in Dubai today: karak chai, masala karak and ginger karak, saffron chai, vada pav, samosa pav, momos, maska bun and cake rusk.
Every item is recipe-locked and costed to the gram, with SOPs from opening to close — so a glass of karak tastes the same in your city as it does in Dubai.
