A small office rarely needs a catering contract. It needs something warm that arrives on time and gets people away from their screens for ten minutes. Karak does that well, because it is a drink made to be poured for several people from one pot. A 1L flask on a meeting-room table or the pantry counter is enough for a team of five or six, and a few flasks cover a team of twenty.

Flasks suit most small offices: they stay hot, they are priced by the litre and you can mix karak and saffron chai on one order. A 10-cup tray suits a team meeting or a client visit where you want everything poured at once.
