The live station starts from AED 900, excluding 5% VAT. We need from 5 working days' notice, and a 50% deposit confirms your date. For a longer run, tell us the days and hours and we quote in writing; we reply within one working day (Monday to Friday).

Malls and venues set their own rules for food and drink on stands. Mall or venue approval is confirmed with the mall or venue, any fees itemised separately. Tell us the location and your set-up window, and check your tenant or organiser pack. We confirm the details on your quote.

- Delivery in Dubai: AED 250 minimum per delivery, free delivery above AED 500, flat AED 40 below that.
- Delivery is within Dubai.
- All office and event prices exclude 5% VAT. A VAT tax invoice comes with every order.
