A production day is a long stretch of waiting, setting up and resetting. A pot of karak at the base camp gives a crew a reason to sit together for five minutes. Cha Cha Chai supplies the same flasks, trays and live karak and gahwa station that we bring to offices and events in Dubai.
Three ways to supply a set
- Flasks at base camp. A 1L karak flask is AED 40 and serves about six cups; a 1L saffron chai flask is AED 44. The flask stays hot, so one pot serves several people without anyone leaving the set.
- A tray for a meeting or a wrap. A 10-cup tray starts from AED 250. Samosa pav is extra, confirmed on your quote.
- A live station for a bigger day. For a large crew, a launch day or a hospitality tent, the live station starts from AED 900, quoted to your guest count and the hours you need. It needs from 5 working days' notice, and a 50% deposit confirms the date.
Sizing the order
A 1L flask is about six cups. Count the cups, divide by six and round up; for a long day, plan two cups each. For example, 12 people at two cups each is 4 flasks, AED 160 for karak flasks, before delivery and 5% VAT.
Early calls and long days
We do not publish early-morning or overnight delivery slots. If your call time is early or your day runs late, tell us the time and the location: late and early windows are quoted by request, and we confirm in writing. Crews working through the night can also see karak for night shifts and 24-hour teams. Two counters never close: Deira (Business Village) and Dubai Silicon Oasis, both open 24 hours, every day.
