Gahwa and a majlis for client hospitality

Eid is a season of visits, and a majlis table is how many Dubai offices welcome clients and partners. A majlis station pours gahwa from the dallah with premium dates and a Cha Cha Chai karak urn, self-serve in a two-hour window.

  • Majlis station: from AED 45 per person, minimum 30 guests. For 30 guests that is from AED 1,350 (AED 45 × 30), and for 100 guests from AED 4,500.
  • Hosted majlis: from AED 85 per person, minimum 40 guests, with a host to run the table.
  • Live karak & gahwa station: from AED 900, for a smaller team gathering.

What does karak for an Eid office celebration cost?

A 1L karak flask (about 6 cups) is AED 40, a 1L saffron chai flask is AED 44, an office karak tray (10 cups) starts from AED 250 and a live karak and gahwa station starts from AED 900, all excluding 5% VAT.

Can we serve gahwa as well as karak?

Yes. A live karak and gahwa station is from AED 900. A majlis station, with gahwa from the dallah, premium dates and a karak urn, is from AED 45 per person with a minimum of 30 guests, and a hosted majlis is from AED 85 per person with a minimum of 40.

What should we order for 30 guests?

A majlis station for 30 guests is from AED 1,350 (AED 45 × 30), excluding 5% VAT. For 30 people at their desks, three 10-cup trays from AED 250 each cover about 30 people, from AED 750.

Do you deliver outside Dubai?

Our delivery is within Dubai. Tell us the building and area when you enquire and we confirm timing on your written quote.
